Services that require deeper expertise or certification, such as leadership coaching and due diligence, are priced higher to reflect the level of work involved.
All rates listed are exclusive of GST. GST will be added at the prevailing rate.
Hours roll over for one month to provide flexibility. After that they expire so you get the best value within your engagement.
You can purchase additional hours at your package’s discounted rate. Alternatively, move up to a larger package.
Yes. Packages are billed monthly and you can adjust or cancel with one month’s notice.

Yes, all time spent working on your account, including meetings and preparation, counts towards your hours.
Priority support is included in Growth and Scale packages. Emergency support can be arranged for an additional fee.
There is a two hour minimum for hourly sessions. Beyond that you pay only for the time you use.
